So who are we?

SubSpace Communications Inc. is an integrated communications value added provider and systems integrator with over 50 years of combined IT experience and over 9 years specific to delivering communication solutions to Dental office IT Integration, that gives us a clear advantage over our competition. We bring invaluable experience having worked for a diverse range of oral health care providors, managing a multitude of accounts.  As Dental IT Specialists we aim to be a leader in Dental specific IT. In both clinical and front office needs, including but not limited to, Digital Imaging, Digital Radiography, intra-oral and extra-oral imaging as well as practice management software are just some of our specialties. Clinical and front office IT Equipment sales, support and maintenance, combining a successful track record and solid project experience with continuing education and involvement in industry organizations.

Solutions range from communications consulting to full turn key communication deployment encompassing voice, data, and converged IP network design and implementation, including systems administration and training. We offer a wide range of products and services to meet the demands of today's business - to streamline communication and lower your IT costs.

Our History

1994

SubSpace Communications is born to offer GPS technology to the public.

1996

SubSpace continues to grow with core service offerings such as Nortel Telephone Systems.  SubSpace also gains an exclusive contract for  cellular communications in Ontario and Quebec for Bell Canada.

2000

Gaining more ground in end to end office communications including network design and implementation, pc procurement and implementation, desktop support, server maintenance and telecom.

2005

SubSpace Communications becomes the only Nortel Certified reseller in Northern Ontario. Obtaining certification in Nortel telephone systems with a Specialty in VOIP, and the ability to bring next generation telephony and customers together.

2011

Offering more for your dollar while going Green - SubSpace is proud to be a VMWare Partner to offer solutions in cloud computing that will save money both initially and long term.

2012

SubSpace and Shaw form a partnership to offer the best in communications to customers wanting an end to end reliable solution to meet their business needs.
